Oathway

About

Why Oathway exists

The civics test is spoken. Many people study it by reading a list, then freeze when they hear the same question asked out loud by a stranger. Oathway is built around the spoken version: hear the question, answer out loud, check yourself, and let a Study Book decide what to practice next.

Oathway is made and run by WeldonPC.com, a small technology company in Northeast Ohio. It runs on its own: no staff read your book, no one calls you, and there is no artificial intelligence in it. The questions and answers are copied word for word from USCIS form M-1778 (09/25), a U.S. government work, and are checked by a script against that form.

Independence

Oathway is independent. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by CompUSA or its trademark owner, Source Brand Group, LLC, or by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) or any government agency. compusa.us is only this site's address.

Oathway is a study aid, not legal advice and not an immigration service. The official study materials are free at uscis.gov/citizenship. For help with your application, use uscis.gov, a licensed immigration attorney, or a DOJ-accredited representative.
